Dorm Room Diaries Bass Music 101 c/o 2000 is a collection of rhythms and prose that pay homage to the southern bass music movement of the mid 90's to the early '00. Ced L Young and LiKWUiD collaborate on a sound that is reminiscent of Atlanta's So So Def Bass Allstars and Miami Bass Music (including Ghettotech and Booty House), which both date back to the influences of late 80's with artists such as Afrorican and Luther Campbell.

By highlighting a period piece of tight snares, pounding 808's, soulful choruses and story telling rhymes, DRD Bass Music 101 c/o 2000 is the 2013 soundtrack for a time when southern hip hop was full of hard beats, nostalgic lyrics, and a distinct southern drawl.

DRD Bass Music 101 c/o 2000 is a special release made possible on May 24, 2013. LiKWUID is providing this online release as a tie-over project to the much anticipated LiKWUiDiTY: In Depth album.
